Rug Cleaners Nashville is a care guide for people in Nashville who live with carpets and area rugs: how to choose and question a cleaner, what to do about stains and pets, how to look after wool, and what to do when water gets in.
We are not a cleaning company and do not sell or recommend any service. Every guide is built from what public bodies publish: the Environmental Protection Agency, the National Weather Service and NOAA, the National Park Service’s museum handbook, University of Tennessee Extension, Ohio State’s veterinary hospital, and the Tennessee Attorney General and Department of Commerce and Insurance.
Where a rule could not be confirmed from the source, the guide says so rather than guessing. For flood water, sewage or large mold problems, follow EPA’s guidance and bring in qualified professionals.
The guides are general information, not legal, medical or professional advice.
